  • Firstly, I want to thank you and Linda for inviting me to attend the retreat this past weekend. As you well know, I have a need for safety and certainty, ok, and love and connection. Well, the Wednesday prior to the retreat, I almost pulled out, I was scared – what would they think of me, would I say something wrong… all amplified my ‘it’s too early in the year…I’ve got too much work to do…I don’t want to go’ mindset…. Then there I was, driving across the Westgate talking to myself… ‘have an open mind…you can decide on Sunday…’ I have to tell you (again), that the weekend totally exceeded all my expectations. You both BLEW MY MIND! The setting, the content, the girls, the food – perfect in so many ways. Immediately, I was comfortable amongst a group of strangers (who knew!), and engaged in content. You wrote it for me, I am sure! The whole experience was empowering and uplifting – driving back to Melbourtne, I felt centered and balanced. I. Could. Not. Stop. Smiling!!! Three days post retreat, and I still CAN NOT STOP TELLING PEOPLE ABOUT IT! A weekend away where I was the focus of all my energies. Thank you for helping me to remind myself that I am important.   • Thank you for such a wonderful retreat weekend. So many times I wanted to cancel, fearing the  unknown. I had so much self doubt. What will the other people think of me? Am I too old? Am I  fit enough? What if I make a fool of myself. Linda & Sharon looked after me, all the exercises could be modified to suit my ability if needed. Never have I done 4 different work outs in a day. I was able to participate in all of the exercise sessions. I felt strong and my body surprised me. The food was delicious, I never knew heathy food could taste so good, lots of inspiration for me to try at home. I learned so much about myself in the coaching sessions.After being a mother for nearly 30 years and recently becoming a grandmother, I was truly feeling lost,  I had no direction, I had lost my zest for life. I needed inspiration and some clear paths ways. The coaching sessional  gave me this and so much more. I now have a plan, I can see exactly where I want to go and how I am going to get there. It was wonderful to interact with like minded people. Everyone was sharing freely and I am so grateful. Lots of laughs and deep conversations.
