Held in stunning Fairhaven on the Victorian Coast, our weekend retreats allow you to discover what makes you tick.

You will discover how to identify your core values, why you do what you do and how to change. You will walk away from this weekend inspired, rejuvenated, relaxed and ready to tackle your goals.

You will have your own room in a private and secluded 6 bedroom home, with all food prepared on site with the freshest ingredients.

With only a maximum of six people per retreat this will truly reboot your life.

Our Weekend Retreats will help you to:

  • Gain clarity on what you need to do to achieve your goals.

Program Itinerary

Day 1

2 – 4:30pm Arrive.  Settle in.  Unpack, afternoon tea
4:30 – 6pm Welcome, set intention for the weekend.  You success principles.
6pm Beach walk plus 30 minute trainings session
7 – 8pm Dinner
8 – 9pm Why you do what you do?
9 – 10pm Stretching and relaxation

Day 2

5:45am Sunrise walk
7 – 8:30am Breakfast and showers
8:30 – 10am Beliefs and Values, working out how to become more resourceful with behavior.
10am HIIT session optional
10:30am Morning tea
11 – 12 noon Defining moments
12 – 2:30pm Lunch, free time and relax (Optional massage**)
2:30pm Walk
3:30 – 4:30pm 4 Levels of thinking and afternoon tea
4:30 – 5:30pm Strength workout, technique and exercise evaluation
5:30pm Nutrition talk and dinner prep
6 – 7:30pm Dinner and free time
7:30 – 9pm What works for you and how to know the difference
9pm Learn the art of stillness

Day 3

5:45am Sunrise beach walk
7 – 9.00am Breakfast and free time
9 – 9:30am Tibetan Yoga the 5 rites
9:30 – 11am Goal setting and goal getting … how to!
11 – 12 noon Where to from here.
12 noon Pack up

  • Thank you for such a wonderful retreat weekend. So many times I wanted to cancel, fearing the  unknown. I had so much self doubt. What will the other people think of me? Am I too old? Am I  fit enough? What if I make a fool of myself? Linda looked after me, all the exercises could be modified to suit my ability if needed. Never have I done 4 different work outs in a day. I was able to participate in all of the exercise sessions. I felt strong and my body surprised me. The food was delicious, I never knew heathy food could taste so good, lots of inspiration for me to try at home. I learned so much about myself in the coaching sessions. After being a mother for nearly 30 years and recently becoming a grandmother, I was truly feeling lost,  I had no direction, I had lost my zest for life.
