- 1 x 30 minute personal training session per week (time negotiable).
- 2 x 1 hour group sessions per week (6 to choose from).
- 1 x 90 minute workshop on your eating plan.Includes a complete overhaul of how you look at food.
Uncovers the myths and marketing behind eating.
Uses the food you already eat.
Learn to cook quickly.
